Vladislav is 12 years old. From birth, the boy was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis, mainly on the left, 1-2 degrees of severity, severe intellectual disability.

Vladislav's guardian is his grandmother. She is raising the boy all alone, and it is not easy for her. The family needed money to buy a special wheelchair and medicine, as well as support.
