Orthopedists did not recommend putting the child on his feet, but Ivan's mother decided that if there was a stepping reflex, then why not develop it. The result of the operation was encouraging: Ivan's legs straightened out and there is positive dynamics in his movements.
Now it is critical for Ivan to increase the time and correctness of walking. A specialized electric treadmill with a slow speed and handrails has become a necessary tool in rehabilitation. If the muscles do not grow within a year, the tone will return, and then the process may become irreversible.
