In pursuance of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 07.05.2021 No. 99-Z "On the Protection of Personal Data", the Participant, by filling out the registration form for participation in the Event and joining this agreement, gives his consent to the processing of his personal data by the Organizer.
The processing of personal data is understood as any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
The processing of the Participant's personal data is carried out solely for the purpose of ensuring the Participant's registration for participation in the Event and the subsequent sending of short text messages (SMS) or e-mails (e-mail) to the Participant with information about the Event, with other information concerning the Participant and related to the Event.
The date of issue of consent to the processing of the Participant's personal data is the date of sending the registration form to the Organizer through the personal account. The consent is valid for 5 (five) years from the date of transfer of personal data.
Consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked by the Participant by sending to the Organizer by e-mail quatriumchlg@gmail.com a written statement in any form about the revocation of consent to the processing of personal data.
